Acquisition
Which emails actually grow your customer base? This page isolates first-time buyers — new customer creation from email — separately from revenue that just re-engages people who’d have bought anyway.

What you see
- Top counts — total customers, first-time-buyer revenue, new customers this month, repeat rate, average first-order AOV, and subscriber→customer conversion rate.
- New Customer Trend — first-time buyers and first-order revenue per month.
- Top Acquisition Campaigns — the campaigns that generated the most first-time buyers, with new-customer count, “New Buyer %”, and new vs. returning revenue.

How to read it
A high New Buyer % marks a campaign as a great prospecting email — worth repeating to grow the list’s value. Compare first-order AOV and conversion rate over time to see whether acquisition is getting more or less efficient.
What to do
Double down on the formats that produce first-time buyers, and make sure new customers flow into a strong post-purchase flow so you capture their lifetime value.
