Deliverability
Where the deliverability test is a point-in-time check, this page monitors inbox placement over time — so a slow decline doesn’t go unnoticed until revenue drops.

What you see
- Deliverability Score — your current 0–100 grade.
- Authentication — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC status. All three must pass, or providers like Gmail and Outlook will spam-folder or reject your mail. (In the example above, all three are failing — exactly the kind of issue this page surfaces.)
- List Health — bounce rate, spam-complaint rate, unsubscribe rate, and estimated hard bounces. These gate whether you reach the inbox at all.
- Deliverability Trends — inbox placement over the last 6 months.

Deliverability Trends

How to read it
Fix authentication first — a failing SPF/DKIM/DMARC caps everything else. Then watch bounce and complaint rates: rising numbers erode sender reputation and pull the whole program down. A downward trend line is an early warning to act before placement collapses.
What to do
Resolve failing auth (see the checks reference and the DMARC tool), then tighten list hygiene — sunset unengaged subscribers and stop mailing addresses that bounce.
