Read Your First Report

Once your platform is connected and the first sync finishes, SendLucid’s Executive Summary gives you the whole picture at a glance.

What you’ll see

• Health score — an overall read on your email program, broken into components.
• KPIs — revenue, active subscribers, revenue per send, and how they’re trending.
• Best and worst campaigns — what’s working and what isn’t.
• Alerts — anything that needs attention now (a deliverability dip, a fatigue warning).
• Action items — a ranked list of recommendations, highest impact-per-effort first.

How to act on it

Start at the top action item and work down — the list is ordered so the fastest, highest-value wins come first. Each recommendation cites the data behind it, so you can see why it’s suggested. See Finding Opportunities for how the ranking works.
