Finding Opportunities
Analytics are only useful if they tell you what to do next. SendLucid reads across your campaigns, flows, audiences, and deliverability and produces a ranked list of action items — concrete recommendations, ordered so the highest-value, lowest-effort work rises to the top.
How actions are ranked
Each action item is rated on two axes:
- Impact — how much revenue is at stake (high / medium / low).
- Effort — how much work it takes to act on (low / medium / high).
SendLucid prioritizes by impact relative to effort, so a high-impact, low-effort fix (say, shifting your send day) outranks a high-impact but labor-intensive one (rebuilding your list hygiene). You get a worklist that starts with the wins you can capture fastest.
Examples of what surfaces
- Shifting campaigns toward the day and time that earn the most per send.
- Spacing out sends when fatigue risk is high.
- Mailing a high-LTV segment that’s currently under-served.
- Adding a missing automated flow (welcome, winback, replenishment).
- Fixing a deliverability issue that’s capping every send.
Each recommendation cites the data behind it, so you can see why it’s being suggested before you act.
A revenue-opportunity headline — a single estimate of the monthly revenue your action items represent — is in development, summing the impact of every recommendation into one number.
