Fatigue
Are your subscribers getting tired of your emails? Declining opens and rising unsubscribes and complaints are warning signs that you’re mailing too often or too hard. This page tracks them in one place.

What you see
- List Health Score — an overall fatigue read, with each signal marked improving or declining.
- Rate cards — open rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate, and spam-complaint rate, each with its trend vs. the prior 30 days.
- Weekly Open Rate Trend — week-over-week; a sustained downward slope means the list is fatiguing.

30-Day Summary of the fatigue signals

How to read it
Watch the direction, not just the level. Rising unsubscribe and spam rates alongside falling opens is the classic fatigue signature — and it erodes deliverability, so it compounds. A healthy score with improving trends means you have room; a declining one means ease off.
What to do
If fatigue is rising, reduce frequency, tighten segmentation, and lean on automated flows instead of more broadcasts. See Engagement & Fatigue.
