Connect Your Platform

Connecting your email platform (your ESP) unlocks SendLucid’s campaign intelligence — analytics across your campaigns, flows, segments, and revenue.

Supported platforms

  • Klaviyo — fully supported today.
  • Mailchimp, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid, Drip, HubSpot — coming.

How to connect

  1. Go to Integrations and choose your platform.
  2. Paste the API key (or private-app token) from your ESP. SendLucid validates it immediately.
  3. SendLucid runs a first sync, pulling your campaigns, flows, profiles, and segments. The first sync can take a few minutes depending on account size.
  4. After it completes, your analytics populate and SendLucid keeps the data current on a regular sync.
